Known as 2-b lands , the value of defrosted lands in total is expected at least 15 billion Turkish Liras , stated by Finance Minister Mehmet Simsek yesterday.

It is highly estimated that 2-B deforested land sales will contribute a substantial amount of revenue to Turkish Economy.  A new legislation was recently placed to pave the way to sell deforested lands in Turkey.

We hope this law wont lead more deforestation.
