It is just Turkish tax number required to open a bank account in Istanbul. Tax number takes only 10 min to apply which is very easy process as well the bank account set up.

What will happen if the tenants damage the goods in property

Before renting the property , The home goods will be included in the rental contract and signed by the tenants. There will be a compansation charging the tenants with the all damages. This will be checked by Asm Property and report to the landlords.

What are the liabilities of tenants and landlords in regards to shared costs?

The Tenants pay ;

* Maintenance fee of site , water, electricty and gas bills of property.

The Landlords pay ;

*The annual property tax ( between 0.1% and 0.6% )

*Environment tax ( Around 30 Euro)
